At VeaChoc, we aim to deliver your orders safely and quickly.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be processed next working day.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location.
- Remote area deliveries may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may apply during special offers.
4. Delivery Attempts
If a customer is unavailable during delivery:
- Courier may attempt 1–2 more deliveries
- Or contact you directly
VeaChoc is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via email/SMS.
6. Damaged / Melted Products
Since chocolates are temperature-sensitive:
- We try to pack carefully
- However, slight melting during transit may occur
- For severe damage, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos
